Halloween night, the doorbell rings, and the first one to greet the trick-or-treaters is your dog, dressed as Winifred from Hocus Pocus. This Hocus Pocus Winifred costume turns a family gathering, a pet-friendly party or a neighbourhood costume walk into a moment worth filming.

Winifred’s gown, made for dogs

The set includes a dress with a wig, so the whole witchy outfit comes together in one go. The dress layers a dark green long-sleeved outer piece with a short cape-style section over the shoulders. Underneath, a purple bodice shows off a ruffled collar, gold criss-cross lines and gold edging, while the purple skirt finishes with a sheer purple mesh overlay at the hem. Gold braided trim and gold circular and geometric symbols on the sleeves catch the eye from every angle.

Then there is the hair. The large, dark reddish-brown wig has tight, voluminous curls that frame your dog’s head, giving that unmistakable Winifred silhouette. With the front paws left visible, the sleeves and purple skirt stay on display as your pup trots around the room.

Bring the whole coven together

Got a crew? Dress the rest of the household in matching witch outfits for a group costume, or let your dog take centre stage solo at the Halloween party. For photos at home, set the scene with a skeleton witch beside the pumpkins and let the green, purple and gold of this Hocus Pocus dog costume pop against it. One little witch, one big entrance. Add it to your Halloween plans and watch the room react!
